  • Closet Envy ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    *Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will be begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on Holidays will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation once your item has been shipped.     Closet Envy offers FREE Ground shipping on orders over $100. Orders Under $100, ships for a flat rate of $8.95.

    Domestic orders are shipped USPS.

    *Please note: Next Day Air shipping orders before 1:00 pm PT will arrive next day. Orders after 1:00 pm PT will arrive an additional day later

    *Please note that we do not ship outside the U.S., Canada. or to P.O. Boxes



  • Return Policy

We want you to love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise by mail within 7 days from the date received for a full refund, minus shipping & handling. After the 7th day, the items become final sale and will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refund will be given in the original form of payment, including items received as gifts. Returned merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT. All Sale items are final, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

*Please note shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

*Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on accessories, swimwear, undergarments, scarves, hats, belts, handbags, sunglasses, stationery and beauty products.

*We are unable to honor sale prices or promotions that starts after your new order has been placed.

*The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking information, as Closet Envy is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Therefore we strongly suggest insuring your package.

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, your credit will process to the same credit card that was originally used within 5-7 business days. Closet Envy reserves the right to deny any returns that does not meet our requirements. Any denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
